November is the month of remembrance. If you have a family member or friend who has passed away after November 1, 2020 and whose funeral was not held at St. Anne’s, please complete this form, and return it to the Rectory so that we can remember them in November. You may fill out the form using Adobe reader on a computer or mobile device, and then email it to the Rectory.
There will be a special Mass of Remembrance on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 9:00am following the Novena at 8:45am.
